Yes, absolutely. On a free plan there are no penalties. Your listings will be removed within 5 business days of your departure.
There is no fixed end date. Partnerships continue as long as both parties are active and terms are met. We are building long-term relationships, not short-term arrangements.
Yes. Estate Web covers all Nigerian states. Our initial concentration is Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt, but we are actively growing in all major markets. Outside major cities you have less early-partner competition.
